Thought Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan shares cold shoulders with Rekha, her rapport isn't the same.

Ash and Rekha share a great bond similar to that of a mother and daughter.

Recently, at an award show where Aishwarya received the most glamorous star award, even Rekha was present. And soon after she collected her award Rekha passed a witty remark and said: "Aishwarya's mum (Vrinda) kept seeing my photos when she was pregnant and this is the result." (sic)

Well, this isn't the first time when Ash and Rekha have amused the audience with their comical conversations. Previously, Ash had received the "Power Packed Performer Award" and it was presented to her by Rekha and that time Ash had said: "It's great to receive it from Maa." (sic)
