Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Savi tells Sai to look after the family before leaving

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with Leena urging Bhagyashree to hold off on revealing anything to Neil, citing his fragile health. She assures Bhagyashree that the children will be sent to her after a few days. However, Bhagyashree is adamant and says she can't bear the separation any longer. Despite Leena's reminders about their arrangement, that Bhagyashree would only keep the children until Neil recovered and, in return, Leena would assist her in getting custody of Kian and Sai, Bhagyashree says she doesn't care about any deal anymore. She wants her grandchildren back, no matter what. The tension between them escalates, and Bhagyashree suffers a sudden asthma attack. The call abruptly ends.

Ridhi quickly notices that Bhagyashree is having difficulty breathing and immediately reaches out to Savi for help. Savi calmly guides Ridhi on what to do and tells her to take Bhagyashree to the hospital while she rushes over as well. In the chaos, Savi accidentally leaves her phone behind on the dining table.

Later, Neil comes across Savi's phone and decides to return it. When he informs Leena and Prachi, they cover up the situation, telling him that Savi has gone on a police mission. Assuring them that he will drop Sai off at school, he resumes his breakfast.

Meanwhile, Savi arrives at the hospital just in time to hear the doctor say that Bhagyashree's condition has stabilised. She proceeds to the reception to settle the medical bills. Back home, while packing lunch for Sai, Neil notices a transaction from Savi's card made at the hospital. This raises alarm bells for him, and he immediately leaves for the hospital. Prachi alerts Leena, and the entire Pradhan family also heads there.

At the hospital, Bhagyashree regains consciousness. Savi confronts her gently but firmly, questioning why she keeps putting herself through so much suffering. Bhagyashree lashes out, blaming Savi for taking her grandchildren away. Savi explains her side, saying that she's only with Neil because he risked his life to save Sai and insists that this doesn't mean they are a family. She reminds Bhagyashree that the real bond is with the children and with her.

Unaware that Neil is nearby, Savi doesn't realise that he's overheard the entire exchange. Shocked by what he hears, Neil suddenly collapses. Leena and Vinod run to him in panic and call for help. Doctors rush in and try to revive him using electric shocks. Despite their efforts, they inform the family that Neil has slipped into a coma. When asked about the chances of recovery, the doctor admits that it's uncertain.

Leena breaks down in grief. When Bhagyashree tries to console her, offering her a glass of water, Leena pushes her away, refusing to accept it. A devastated Bhagyashree breaks down and confesses that she played a role in Neil's current condition. Leena, equally heartbroken, blames Savi for everything and calls her unlucky. Silent and shattered, Savi walks out after seeing Neil lying unconscious.

Back at home, Sai tries to comfort little Kian, reassuring him that their mother will return soon. Savi arrives and quietly tells Sai that they're going somewhere. She takes both children to Bhagyashree.

Bhagyashree is taken by surprise and gets emotional when she sees the kids at her door. Savi gently tells her that she understands the pain she's going through and doesn't want to hurt her anymore. She admits that in trying to do the right thing, she may have ended up hurting people without meaning to. Bhagyashree listens quietly, unable to say anything. Savi then promises that from now on, she won't do anything that causes her pain and asks for forgiveness.

She tells Bhagyashree that the children are very happy with her because she has always showered them with love. She says that while she is their mother, Bhagyashree is their grandmother and will give them even more affection. Savi adds that the kids will never feel her absence as long as Bhagyashree is there for them.

With a heavy heart, Savi hugs Sai and asks her to look after herself, her grandmother, and baby Kian. Fighting back tears, she tells Sai she loves her. Sai replies with the same love. Savi then kisses little Kian and walks away, unable to hold back her emotions. Sai watches her go, feeling confused and heartbroken.

As Savi leaves, Sai, puzzled and emotional, turns to Bhagyashree and asks where her mother is going and why she spoke in such a way. She also wonders why "Pookie Baba" hasn't been around since morning.
