Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Neil falls in love with Savi after seeing her in a saree

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode opens with Neil expressing to Savi that although he's struggling with memory loss, he sees it as a blessing, an opportunity to recreate their shared memories. He gently places the mangalsutra around her neck, symbolising their bond. Curious about the day he was shot, Neil asks Savi for the truth, mentioning that he vaguely recalls hearing her scream "Sai" before gunshots rang out. He admits he's been trying to piece together the incident but can't and hopes she'll help him understand.

Savi hesitates as the traumatic day plays in her mind. Sensing her reluctance, Neil probes further, asking if she remembers what unfolded. Savi shares that she was on a mission to apprehend a criminal who ended up taking Sai hostage. In his attempt to save Sai, Neil was shot. Deeply moved, Neil embraces her, commending her bravery and acknowledging the risks tied to her profession. He asks for a promise, that she will return home safe every day. Even though his past is a blur, Neil expresses a strong desire to build a meaningful future with her. Savi assures him and leaves for work, determined not to be late.

Later, Sai comes home from school and is overjoyed to find the house decorated for a movie and pizza night, all arranged by Neil. Eager to bond with Sai before Savi's return, Neil invites her to dig in. But their fun is interrupted when Sai suddenly begins gasping for breath. Just then, Savi arrives and quickly asks if the pizza had olives. Neil confirms, unaware of the danger. Alarmed, Savi reveals that Sai is severely allergic to olives. She scolds Neil for not checking with her beforehand and prepares to rush Sai to the hospital. Neil quickly administers her allergy medication and feels deeply remorseful for his mistake. Overwhelmed with guilt, he walks away, leaving Leena to silently witness the whole scene.

The following day, Savi is served a legal notice from Bhagyashree, who seeks custody of Sai and Kian. The document argues that Savi's current household is not adequately informed about her children's health issues, referring directly to the recent allergy episode. This convinces Savi that someone in the house is leaking information to Bhagyashree.

Before heading to work, Neil requests Savi to return early that day. He shares his plans for a dinner date and tells her he'd love for her to wear something he likes. Savi, though unsure, eventually agrees. After work, she begins to get dressed, and Neil excitedly calls her down. When Savi walks in wearing a saree, Neil is left mesmerised. As he gazes at her, he feels the weight of forgotten memories but also a renewed sense of love.

Meanwhile, Leena watches them and remembers Bhagyashree's warning that Savi might bring ruin to Neil, just as she allegedly did with Rajat.

Neil tells Savi that his memory loss no longer feels like a curse, instead, it's allowing him to fall in love with her all over again. He gently holds her hand and leans in to kiss her. But moments later, Savi snaps out of it, realising it was just her imagination. Neil brings her back to reality, lightly teasing her for zoning out as if he’d asked her to solve a math equation, when all he had done was compliment her.

Savi, now conflicted, struggles to process the growing emotional connection. She knows the truth and feels uncertain about continuing with the date. Just then, Sai arrives, and Savi tells Neil that she insisted on joining after seeing her mother get dressed. Neil smiles warmly and says it’s perfect as the dinner isn’t at a restaurant after all. Instead, he’s created a romantic setting at home, knowing she might be too tired from work.

When they step into the decorated space, Sai exclaims that it's even more beautiful than a restaurant. A live guitarist strums melodies as Neil shares that he planned everything based on Savi's preferences, which he learned from Sai. Sai sweetly reveals that her mother loves both Chinese food and puran poli. The mention of puran poli hits an emotional chord with Savi, who is reminded of Rajat.

After Sai heads to the washroom, Neil offers to feed Savi and gently reaches out to tuck her hair behind her ear, but she brushes it away herself. Sensing her withdrawal, Neil asks if something is bothering her and questions why she involved Sai in what was meant to be their special evening. He hesitantly brings up the possibility of something having gone wrong between them before his injury. Savi quickly denies it and explains that she included Sai because she hasn't had much time with her daughter lately.

Accepting her reasoning, Neil says he'll keep trying to stay hopeful. He prepares to feed her a bite but Savi suggests waiting for Sai to return. Changing the subject, Neil asks her about their first meeting, expecting a romantic story. Savi, however, remains quiet, recalling the emotional moment when they first crossed paths at a police station, both grieving their losses.

Just as he leans in to kiss her forehead in front of the family, Savi pulls back and tells him that she's not his wife and the children aren't his, leaving Neil in utter shock.
