Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Neil slips into coma as Savi’s betrayal shatters his dream of a perfect family

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, the popular Star Plus show that recently took a dramatic turn with the return of Savi and the Thakkars, along with Teju’s tragic death, is all set to go off air soon. The team has already wrapped up the shoot, and as the show prepares to end, fans are eager to know whether it will conclude on a happy note or with an unexpected twist. Meanwhile, the ongoing storyline is heading towards a major revelation, as Neil, who had lost his memory, finally uncovers the truth.

In the upcoming episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Savi and Neil are getting ready to have breakfast together before she leaves for work. As Savi heads downstairs, she sees Leena and Prachi setting the table and serving food.

Suddenly, Savi receives a call from Riddhi, who is panicking about Bhagyashree’s worsening health. Riddhi says Bhagyashree is unresponsive, not opening her eyes or speaking, and Tara along with her husband are out of town in Mumbai. A shocked Savi tries to calm Riddhi down, telling her not to panic. She instructs Riddhi to immediately call an ambulance and take Bhagyashree to City Hospital, assuring her that she’s on her way.

Savi ends the call and hurries to leave, but then remembers she left her car keys upstairs. She quickly puts her phone on the table and rushes back to her room to get the keys.

Meanwhile, Leena prays for Bhagyashree’s well-being, while Prachi tries to calm her, assuring nothing will happen to her. Just then, Savi returns downstairs and quickly leaves for the hospital, accidentally forgetting her phone on the table.

Leena and Prachi begin talking about Bhagyashree. Neil arrives and overhears a bit of their conversation. Curious, he asks who they were talking about and who is serious. To avoid revealing the truth, they lie and say they were talking about Leena’s friend who isn’t well. When Neil offers to help if it’s serious, they insist that it’s nothing major.

He then asks about Savi, reminding them that she had planned to have breakfast with him. Leena quickly makes up an excuse, saying Savi got an urgent work call about a raid and had to leave without eating. Neil then notices Savi’s phone on the table and comments that she seems to care only about her work. He decides to go give her the phone himself.

Leena and Prachi stop him, making him question why they’re stopping him. Prachi tells him that Savi is on a raid, so she might be in a rush and his presence could disturb her. She also adds that phones are usually kept off during raids. Neil agrees and asks them to serve him breakfast. He also mentions that he’ll drop Sai off at school today.

Later, Neil is seen in the kitchen packing tiffin for Sai since Savi is busy. While doing so, he notices a notification on Savi’s phone indicating she went to City Hospital instead of the police station. This makes him worried, and he wonders if Savi is in trouble. He asks Prachi to drop Sai to school and decides to go to the hospital himself.

Despite Prachi’s efforts to stop him, Neil leaves, leaving both Prachi and Leena worried. They fear that Neil will meet Savi’s in-laws at the hospital, so they decide to follow him there.

As we mentioned earlier, at the hospital, Savi faces an emotional confrontation with Bhagyashree, who is admitted there. With tears in her eyes, Savi tries to explain herself. She says the Pradhans are not her real family, and that she only wants to help them for now. She assures Bhagyashree that she belongs to her and her children only, and no one else.

Just then, Neil reaches the hospital and overhears Savi’s heartfelt confession. The emotional shock is too much for him and he suddenly collapses. The Pradhan family arrives and is stunned to find Neil unconscious.

Ahead in the storyline, Savi rushes out upon hearing the commotion and is stunned to find Neil unconscious. He is rushed for immediate medical attention, and despite the doctors trying everything, including administering shock treatment, Neil doesn’t respond.

As everyone waits outside with bated breath, the doctor finally comes out. When Neil’s father asks about his condition, the doctor regretfully informs them that Neil has slipped into a coma, leaving Savi and the entire family devastated.
