Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode opens with Sai sitting beside an unconscious Neil, lovingly asking him to wake up. She emotionally mentions how Pari's mother left without a word, and now even he is lying silent. To bring comfort, she shows him his favourite chocolate.
Meanwhile, Savi is seen praying earnestly to Lord Ganesha. She questions why every person she cares about ends up in pain. With tears in her eyes, she begs for Neil's recovery and promises to distance herself from everyone, including him, if he just gets better. Sai, overwhelmed with emotion, tells Neil that if he were to leave this world, she wouldn't be able to survive either, and she would follow him wherever he goes.
At that moment, Bhagyashree arrives and firmly asks Sai to step away from Neil. But Neil grips Sai's hand, refusing to let go. The doctor enters soon after to check Neil's condition.
Outside the room, Bhakti finds Savi and informs her that Srichand has finally admitted to all his wrongdoings, including the deaths of Teju and Rajat. She tells Savi that justice has been served. However, Savi, weighed down by sadness, feels that the victory is hollow because Neil, who fought beside her, isn't awake to witness it.
Soon, Bhagyashree and Sai come to inform Savi that Neil has regained consciousness. Sai says her prayers worked, just like her mother's used to. Bhagyashree, deeply moved, tells Savi that she's a wonderful mother and apologises for all the pain she had caused her. She confesses that she failed to be a good mother herself. Savi breaks down and hugs her. Bhagyashree comforts her and assures her that things will get better. She then tells Savi that she's leaving the city with Ridhi and Tara, as it has only brought her pain. However, she encourages Savi to stay back and start afresh with Neil, as this place gave her a second chance at life.
Later, Neil begins to come around and recalls his loved ones, Leena Aayi, Vinod Baba, and his cousins, Yash and Prachi. Savi, standing at the door, watches him with moist eyes, feeling relieved yet distant. Seeing him recovering well and surrounded by family, she quietly walks away, thinking he no longer needs her. Neil catches a glimpse of her leaving through the glass pane and is overwhelmed with memories of their moments together.
Two days later, Neil tells Leena Aayi that he wants to see Savi. Leena tries to talk him out of it, saying that Savi only treated their marriage as a formality and is now heading out of the city with her kids. She insists that Savi was just a chapter in his life. But Neil disagrees and says that Savi is his wife and stood beside him when no one else did. All he wants now is to ask her if she ever truly loved him, and if the answer is no, he's willing to accept it and let her go.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree reminds Savi that it's time to leave for Mumbai. Savi nods but says someone is missing. She brings out Rajat's photograph and adds that with him, their family feels whole. Neil watches this quietly from afar, understanding her decision.
As they begin their journey, Sai asks if Neil is coming along. Savi replies that he isn't, but she's certain he will always appear when they truly need him. With that, they leave in the car.
While driving away, Savi spots Neil in the rearview mirror. He stands there with a gentle smile and salutes her. She immediately asks the driver to stop and walks toward him. Sai, seeing Neil, joyfully calls out.
Neil asks Savi not to go. He tells her that they've overcome every storm together and that he wishes to look after her and the kids forever. Savi, though emotional, gently explains that life is filled with ups and downs, and she's learned to walk alone. She thanks him for his support but says it's time for her to focus on her children and her own healing. She wants to complete this journey on her own terms.
Neil accepts her decision and makes one final request—that they remain friends and not strangers. Savi agrees with a smile, shakes his hand, and confirms their friendship. Neil asks her to say goodbye, to which she responds softly, thanking him for everything. They part with teary eyes and a heavy heart.
Back in the car, Savi fights her emotions. As they drive away, she looks at Neil one last time. Memories of her parents, Ishaan, Rajat, and Neil flood her mind. She remembers her mother's comforting words for moments of fear, whispers them to herself, and smiles with a newfound calm.
