Gavie Chahal spills details about his movies!

The TV actor talks about shifting mediums...

Life is good for actor Gavie Chahal, who was seen in Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai. The actor says that it feels great to get the admiration of the audience and he is really enjoying this phase.

"Life is beautiful, it's good when people recognize you for your work. Being a part of the biggest hit of 2017 has been amazing," he says.

The actor is working on two projects at the moment. "I am working on Chicken Biryani 2, that is the sequel to multiply-awarded film Chicken Biryani. It's our take on different issues which we come across in our daily life. This time, the level and the bar have been raised and our entire focus is on humanity and being human. I am playing the lead in the film."

He added, "I am also working on another film called Point Zero. This is a patriotic film." Shooting outdoors can be challenging and Gavie underwent a strange incident.

"We were shooting in the desert and the temperature was high. Our vanity van was stuck far behind the location and I had to change my clothes. We decided to do it on the road and a local saw me. He created a scene and shouted, 'Kya Besharmi Hai! Hamare Ghar Mein Ma-Behen Hai.' But somehow production managed to get him to keep quiet," he says.

The actor has done his share of work on the small screen too. Ask him how the two - TV and films - differ, and he says, "TV is my bread and butter whereas, films give more creative exposure and bring instant fame." Talking about future, the actor says he is on the lookout for interesting work. "I want to take up anything which challenges my limits, and pushes me further to test my ability as an actor,"

Interesting insight, isn't it?
