Former Cricketer Navjyot Singh Siddhu Hospitalised!

Former Indian Cricketer and Opener Navjyot Singh Siddhu, known for his distinguished shayaris and comments, was recently hospitalized due to a severe health condition. According to his family, he complained of swelling in his leg and his feet. Soon he was diagnosed with a clot in his leg after which he was admitted at Indraprashtha Apollo Hospitals in New Dehli.

The doctors stated that, "There was a possibility of the clot moving towards his vital organs which may lead to a grave situation if the treatment is not done in the mean time". He was diagnosed with acute Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

In a statement issued by the hospital authorities they said, "Siddhu has been put on blood thinners and is recovering. He is in a stable condition now".

Also, many celebrities and other important personalities wished Siddhu for a good health. Comedian Kapil Sharma tweeted that, "Just spoke to siddhu paaji's family..He's fine n recovering ...Get well soon @sherryontopp n god bless paaji :)) see u soon on set."

PM Narendra Modi also tweeted that, "Dear @sherryontop ji, you are a fighter and will overcome the illness in your trademark style. Our prayers are with you".
