The much-awaited romantic track Khudaya Ishq from Abir Gulaal has finally released, and fans can’t stop talking about the sizzling chemistry between Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor. Released on Monday across social media platforms, the song instantly started trending, with fans calling it a love anthem. The film is set for release on May 9, 2025.
The music video captures a beautiful journey of two people falling in love. From sipping morning tea together to cuddling during a candle-light river cruise, the visuals show a gradual build-up of deep emotions. Besides Fawad and Vaani, the film features Lisa Haydon, Riddhi Dogra, Farida Jalal, Soni Razdan, Parmeet Sethi, and others. Directed by Aarti S Bagdi, the movie is facing protests in Maharashtra. Ameya Khopkar has objected to its release, saying, “Under no circumstances will we permit such films to be released in the state.” Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Nirupam echoed similar concerns. Despite the controversy, Abir Gulaal is still on track to release on May 9.
