The world of fashion has facets so varied that keeping up with all of them is a herculean task. The ever changing vogues, discarded trends and revived styling is an everyday phenomena that is noted with mere mild curiosity now. But among all the usual and accepted, some trends have stood apart and rooted deep in the galore of fashion, not to fade so easily. A number of our Bollywood divas have honored these trends by being as resilient, indulging in them more often than any other sense of style. Vintage : Sonam Kapoor

If there is someone in Bollywood who never gets it wrong whatever the trend be, it's the officially crowned fashionista, Sonam Kapoor. But Ms. Kapoor confesses that her soul desires only vintage. The rock chick of Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra had always been partial towards the clothes that rather compliment her persona than over power it. She prefers channeling her personality into them and high street fashion is all about you ruling the dresses on your terms. Casual yet classy and quirky yet comfortable, Chopra's style sense has taken new heights since her singing debut but the love for her favorite trend has not changed. The newly appointed brand ambassador of GUESS, a brand that is mighty in its high street range, Chopra's preference seems to have been widely noted.

She's tall, dark and gorgeous and too much of a temptation for anyone to neglect. Deepika Padukone is seduction-personified and being a former supermodel, she has the confidence and grace to carry herself with sheer elegance. Ms. Padukone never shies away from risque and rogue, in fact that is her preferred choice for most of her red carpet appearances. Staying far away from vulgarity, her suave apparel makes all the deep decollates, high slits, backless and sheer glories look aesthetic and truly, best from the rest.

Vidya Balan does everything with all her being thrown into it, whether it's her immaculate acting or her devotion towards the Indian wear. Saree defines the trend that is Indian and Balan is known to be the biggest devotee of all. Pitied for her lack of a sense of style, Balan rose above the snide remarks and draped that curvy figure of hers in the finest of silk, chiffon, georgette and net sarees, shutting the wagging tongues and gaining the wagging tails of her admirers.

Fresh as rain, Koechlin takes her artistic self in her way of dressing. Indulging in bohemian, whether it's the western wear or Indian, Koechlin is nature's essence.

Fashion is one fad that wears out for sure but, comes back and again goes missing only to rule us in the very next moment.
