A tip to every star who aims to undergo a regimented weight-loss program – Get into a Dance Reality show and get trimmer and smarter!
The buzz around Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa sets is that, all the contestants
participating in the show are happier now, for the fact that they have
had a remarkable weight loss, courtesy their strenuous rehearsals. The
thinning-down program is not just restricted to the participants, but
also to the crew members of the reality show, who have shed oodles of
weight with the relentless work they put in.. But one person who seems to be cribbing on sets on gaining weight is the gorgeous Urmila Matondkar. Urmila cheerfully reasons out, “I have put on weight as I am sitting all the time”. But the fact remains that Shiamak has cast his magic spell on Urmila, as he shares the chocolates, biscuits and cakes that keep popping up from under his table with the ravishing lady too. Perhaps, it is now time for Urmila to look to the other side of the table, and grab some fruits from Jeetendra’s bowl instead!! After all, Health is Wealth, isn’t it?

i dont think she has put on weight...balki woh din ba din aur bhi khubsurat hoti ja rahi hai...bless her..she is cute..lyk her :)
