Ekta Kapoor Shares A Quirky Message on 20 Years of 'Kabhi Sautan Kabhi Saheli'!

Produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, the show Kabhi Sautan Kabhi Saheli was a huge hit amongst the fans and on the completion of 20 years of its launch, Ekta Kapoor shared a quirky post on her social media account. 

She posted the video from the serial with the caption, “This show has sooooo many jokes ! I wish I have d English version I’ll share it one day! I met my best frn n close buddy thru this show 20 years ago we did this one !!! N d title almost became as famous as d show ! Kabhi sautan kabhi Saheli”

The show revolves around two childhood best friends friends, Tanu and Sonia, who are married to the same man Harsh.

The show starred Anita Hassanandani and Urvashi Dholakia as Tanushree and Sonia respectively as the main leads. Apart from this Hiten Tejwani portrayed the role of Praveen, Tanu’s younger brother in the show. 

Anita commented on Ekta’s post stating that people still remember her as Tanu. She said, “Ppl still remember me as Tannu!!! And imagine @tanusridgupta (tannu) was not even in ur life then...... amazing nah!”
