Divyanka Tripathi SLAMS Diet Sabya for calling her out for PLAGIARISM

Plagiarism is a crime. But there are a variety of things and one can not sit and tally every piece they wear. An Insta handle by the name of Diet Sabya is quite popular these days as they point out the fashion plagiarisms in the industry. No one is spared from the eyes of the handle.

Recently, TV star Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya got called out for copying a trademark Sabyasachi design and well, the fans and Divyanka herself got offended. Divyanka shared a picture of herself a day ago and captioned it with some lovely lines. However, she was unaware of what was about to come.

She wrote, "A simple dress can enhance your elegance and classy accessories can lift up the look. Just plan how you want to look for the event and work your way around it."

The outfit was from Raising Global and it found it's way to Diet Sabya's Insta handle. It was clearly mentioned that the signature belt of Sabyasachi has been copied. They wrote, "Y'all will often tell us not to blame the celebrity, but you've to live under a giant rock to not know that this is an iconic @sabyasachiofficial belt. NO excuses!! ."

And this harsh comment made Divyanka give them a befitting reply. She wrote, "My genuine ignorance can be a big fashion crime for you. but you guys definitely have the guts to be rude to another level. Thanks for pointing out the mistake.

No Thanks for being inhuman and harsh."

Well, that's one hell of an answer. The fans too have come up in support of Divyanka and there seems to be a war of words going on between the fashion police and Divyanka's fans. While we know Divyanka did make this mistake in ignorance, there are some who are finding it hard to let go.

I truly wanted to forget yesterday's episode when I was slammed and humiliated (by an insta profile and it's followers) for wearing a belt slightly similar to a branded piece (which I was ofcourse unaware of). This happened to me and I felt so pressurised suddenly, felt like digging a hole and burrying my face. Imagine this happening with people who can't afford great dresses and designs, let alone a stylist or designer. In fact, NOT ALL CELEBRITIES AND STARS ARE RICH in contrast to a common expectation.

Few become stars because of their QUALITY OF WORK and NOT WHAT THEY WEAR and HOW MUCH THEY EARN or FOR THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF FASHION WORLD! Everybody has a different fort!

Bullying and belittling someone for that is SO DISHONORABLE, MEAN and VAIN! .
