One of the actresses who have set a benchmark for herself in the world of parallel and commercial cinema is Divya Dutta. 

The actress, who isn’t just known for her moving performances but is a woman of many talents, has played a wide variety of character roles in various film genres. Known for her roles in Veer-Zara, Fanney Khan, Bhaag Milka Bhaag, 706 and many more, she has grabbed the audiences’ as well as the critics’ attentions with her powerful acting. Recently, Divya was in news for her recital of a poem where she encouraged people to look beyond gender stereotypes. 

The 42-year-old actress recently took off on a much-deserved vacation to the Island of Maldives. Taking to her official social media handle, Divya shared glimpses from her vacation which will make you want to plan a solo trip.

In fact, not just the pictures, but her captions have been winning on the internet. Just before taking off for water sports, she captioned a picture, “Lo Chali Main” which is borrowed from a super hit song from Hum Aapke Hain Koun. 

To which Renuka Shahane, who fell from a flight of stairs in the song, replied, “Seedhi Se Bach Ke Rahiyo”.

On the work front, last seen in Shravan Kumar’s horror-thriller 706 along with Atul Kulkarni, Divya Dutta will be seen next in Faraz Arif Ansari’s Sheer Qorma, which also stars Swara Bhasker and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles.
