The show starring Karan Singh Grover, Shilpa Anand, Jennifer Winget aired on Star One between 2007 to 2010 enjoyed a huge fan base and gave recognition to many actors who were part of the seasons. Like Sanjivani, the story of Dill Mill Gaye revolved around a hospital but focused more on the romantic love story of the new generation of medical interns.

Actor Shakti Arora who is best known for his role in Silsila Badalte Rishton was also a part of the show. He played a patient named Sumit in season one who fell in love with Dr. Ridhima.

Jannat Zubair Rahmani

Young actress Jannat Zubair Rahmani, who is also a Tik Tok sensation made an appearance in season two. She too played a patient in Sanjeevni. 

Roopal Tyagi

Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke actress Roopal Tyagi donned a character named Bubbly.

Swini Khara

Actress Swini Khara who is known for her role in Amitabh Bachchan starrer Cheeni Kum and Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, played a patient in season one.
