Uorfi Javed yelled ‘Tumhari aukaat nahi hai’ off-camera, says Apoorva: ‘Mujhe bohot bezzati hui’

Apoorva Mukhija, also known as The Rebel Kid, has shared a disturbing account of her off-camera experience with Uorfi Javed on The Traitors India. In a recent YouTube vlog, Apoorva opened up about a confrontation that left her feeling humiliated and broken.

The Amazon Prime Video reality series, The Traitors India, which launched on June 12, brought together a diverse group of celebrities. Among them, Apoorva and Uorfi appeared friendly in the first episode, even taking a vow of trust under what they called the ‘Behen Code’. However, that camaraderie was short-lived.

In her vlog posted on June 15, Apoorva recounted a specific incident that occurred after a task. As the contestants returned to the palace and cameras were off, she claimed Uorfi suddenly yelled, “Bh**ch*d Apoorva, idhar aao.” Caught off guard, Apoorva calmly responded, “Aaram se,” which, she said, only made things worse.

According to Apoorva, Uorfi then confronted her face-to-face and said, “Tumhe pata hai tum kisse baat kar rahi ho? Main tumhare level pe hoon kya? Tumhari aukaat nahi hai mujhse baat karne ki.” This exchange left her deeply shaken. Breaking down in tears, Apoorva said, “Mujhe bohot zyada bezzati hui thi, yaar. This was my worst fear someone saying I’m just an influencer and I don’t deserve to be on the show. I already felt like an imposter, and I knew the audience would agree with her.”

Tensions reportedly began when Uorfi questioned why Apoorva had been crying earlier in the episode. Apoorva, who had requested a phone call home due to a fight with her mother before entering the show, had her request denied. She later confided in Jannat Zubair, asking her not to disclose anything. When Uorfi probed her, Apoorva snapped, saying, “Not everything is about you, Uorfi.”

The Traitors India features several other well-known names, including Karan Kundrra, Raftaar, Maheep Kapoor, Mukesh Chhabra, Jasmine Bhasin, and more. But this clash between Uorfi and Apoorva has quickly become one of the show's most talked-about moments.
