Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have been on cloud 9 since the birth of their daughter Dua in 2024. The couple has since been grateful for this blessing and, time & again, talked about their little munchkin. Today, Deepika Padukone took to her social media handle to express her feelings about the same. She mentioned how the joy of being a mother and giving birth topped everything else for her in 2024. She shared a reel from a relatable page, and the caption on it read, "Mums who gave birth in 2024, Remember this, when you see everyone's highlight reel at the end of the year, remember your body GREW and BIRTHED a whole human this year! NOTHING tops that." Along with this, she added, "Amen!".

It was recently when Ranveer Singh and Deepika hosted a special meet and greet for the paparazzi to make them meet Dua. It was a sweet gesture by the couple, who later also arranged for special Sindhi sweets and South Indian dinner for the paps.

During Diwali, Deepveer gave a first glimpse of their little angel by sharing a picture of her tiny feet while dressing her in traditional red attire. This is when they revealed her name as Dua. Their caption read,"Dua Padukone Singh | 🧿 ‘D'a’ 'meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer."

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spotted at the Mumbai airport yesterday as they returned from their vacation, where they celebrated Deepika’s birthday. They also greeted their fans and took pictures with them at the airport, showcasing their humble sides.

In the professional arena, Deepika was last seen in Singham Again. Fans are eagerly waiting for her to announce her next Hindi film. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is currently busy filming his upcoming project, Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar. The film will see him in a killer avatar and will also feature R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles.
