Deepika Padukone paid a whopping amount for 'Rani Padmavati'!

Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela and 'Bajiaro Mastani had earned tremendous success at the box office. After giving such hit films with actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, Sanjay is now heading for his next film with the same pair.

It seems that the director is really impressed with Deepika's performance as he is putting in all his efforts to have the actress in his upcoming film 'Rani Padmavati'.

According to a report in a leading tabloid, Sanjay has paid a hefty amount of nearly 12.65 Crores to Deepika for this film. The actress who was busy with her Hollywood film xXx: The Return of Xander Cage will now be back to the B-town focusing on her Bollywood career.

With such an impressive pay cheque, its in no doubt that Deepika has taken over many actress in the industry.

''Rani Padmavati' is yet to go on floors and is slated to release by the end of 2017.
