Come, fall in 'Love' with Imagine..

'Love stories' will be the order of the day and Imagine has nearly four love stories in the pipeline. And with their recently launched show Kitani Mohabbat Hai  -2 doing well, the channel is raring to go in the path already traveled.

Our source states, "On the wake of the Government putting up a strict hand on the type of content to be shown in the prime time slots, the channel has apparently enforced a self-censorship on themselves. They will now be working on shows that will provide for some family drama amidst which love stories will blossom".

As we know, Reliance Big Productions was to produce a show titled Begaani Zameen on Imagine which focussed on the rift happening in Mumbai between the Maharasthrians and the UPites.

Our source from the industry informs, "The show has now undergone some creative changes and the political rift has been taken out of the story line. The show will now be a simple love story between a UP girl and a Marathi boy".

We tried calling Jayesh Patil, but could not get thro' to him.

Imagine has had renowned writers like Raakesh Paswan (Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo), Kamal Pandey (Armaanon ka Balidaan Aarakshan), Jayesh Patil (Begaani Zameen) turning Producers, and the fourth writer in the line to produce a show for Imagine will be Farhaan. S., who has conceived and written shows like Kareena Kareena, Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and Jugni Chali Jalandhar.

Our source further states, "Farhan. S. will be turning Producer with a family drama cum love story on Imagine. The show is presently in its nascent stage".

The next show that will find a place in the Imagine Programming line-up is Creative Eye's show. Here too, the show as reported by TellyBuzz was to be a Naxal love story. But now, the naxalite part has been taken out of the concept and the show will be seen as a typical love story.

When contacted, Producer Dheeraj Kumar did tell us, "Our show for Imagine has got delayed due to certain reasons. The channel has opted to have a self-censorship process on their upcoming shows; all I can tell you is that it is going thro' some creative changes and will be launched once we are ready".

Last but not the least, BAG Films will also be making a love story for Imagine.

Our source further informs, "This show of BAG Films will be a very different type of love story, and will have the naughtiness in it. The show is as of now titled Luteri Dulhann".

We tried calling Sahil Khosla, Operations Head, BAG Films who told us, "I will talk at the right time".
     
We tried our level best to get a confirmation from Saurabh Tewari, Programming Head, Imagine but he too remained unavailable.

Guess Imagine is going to be a 'love zone' in the coming few months, and we surely welcome the change!!
