CID Season 2: ACP Pradyuman, Abhijeet and Daya's return leave fans nostalgic and excited (Check Reactions)

CID 2 has been trending since last night. Fans are thrilled with the comeback of ACP Pradyuman, Inspector Abhijeet and Daya. The new season introduced us to Shreya who is the daughter of Abhijeet. Viewers have loved the emotional bond between the two. We saw how Abhijeet landed up in jail after season one. The moments between Daya and Abhijeet have also got a thumbs up. Old viewers missed Freddy played by actor Dinesh Phadnis. There is also a demand to bring back Dr Tarika and Sachin Sir on the show. CID 2 premiered on Sony TV from December 21, 2024.

The earlier seasons were directed by BP Singh. He is still associated with the show as a creative director and writer. Fans felt the new episodes had a much bigger canvas than earlier ones.
