Choti Sarrdaarni is about to undergo a 20-year leap soon and that means that the cast will witness changes, and as it turns out, there will also be a major change ahead. Reports in The Times of India suggest that Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia aka Meher will be seen playing grown-up Seher in the show. Currently, the role is being essayed by Kevina Tak.

However, what is rather surprising is that Avinesh Rekhi aka Sarabjit will be making his exit from the show, along with Anita Raaj. The report further suggested that the leap will come into effect by this month's end and that the makers are not leaving any stone utnturned to ensure that the show grabs attention.

Report stated that Avinesh was not comfortable playing the father to Nimrit and hence, he will not be a part of the show post leap and the track around Meher and Sarab will also come to an end. As for Anita's exit, the makers are still working on it.

Meanwhile, the show also witnessed a new addition to the cast as Vibha Chibber, who is playing the role of a politician and will later, turn the antagonist in the show. As for the male lead, the search is still on and it is yet to be seen who will be seen opposite Nimrit ahead. Also joining the cast as grown-up Param will be actor Shehzada Dhami. Other additions to the team include Puneet Issar and Rinku Dhawan, who joined the cast last month.

Would definitely miss Avinesh and Sarabjeet Singh Gill. He is literally an amazing actor. I hope he get more strong lead characters like this.
