Popular TV host, Manish Paul just went through a major body transformation. The last we saw of him was on Jhalak Dilkhla Jaa: Dancing with the Stars.

While his screen appearances are limited, he's made some serious headway into the fitness game and Manish seems to be hitting the gym with quite some dedication.

Manish Paul, in just one year, bounced back from a shoulder surgery and managed to get fitter. He shared a post comparing his plump picture from August 2016 with his current one and we must say, he looks like a different person altogether!
