Celebs on their special Iftaar party so far!

Ramadan is a holy month for the Muslims which is followed by EID which is their festival. During the month of Ramadan, Iftaar is a religious observance. It refers to the evening meal when Muslims break their fast at the time of sunset. It is often done as a community when people get together to break their whole day fast. On the same we got in touch with a few of the television celebrities to know their most special Iftaar party so far.

Sana Khan - When I was young, all my friends mom's and my mom's friends used to come home and cook special delicacies and then break our whole day fast. This all does not happen now but I really cherish those days. Those were the most special days of Iftaar during Eid.  Nowadays Iftaar party is at my home only and we all family members get together for the same. Eid has been very special to me every year as it is our new year, so I look forward to new beginnings.


Adaa Khan - I am not celebrating Eid this year. But the most special Iftaar party for me was last year at my Aunt's place when we all family members and relatives got together for Iftaar. The best was that my nephew who stays in Dubai spent the Ramazan and Eid with us after a very long time. Also it was my last Eid with my mother.


Sana Amin Sheikh - Eid is a very special occasion for me, all my friends from the Radio industry, television industry, other close friends, relatives come together and celebrate this festival. Lots of food is cooked at home and it is a house party kept at my residence. This year I am looking forward to call in my new friends from my new show Gustakh Dil, as this show has all my age group co-actors and it is fun being with them. My only prayer this year on Eid will be that my show does well and we get good TRP's too. Also that my show lasts longer on Indian television. This show is very special to me and I hope it does great.


Aasiya Kazi - From the past 5 to 6 years I am shooting on Ramadan and Eid so I don't get much time for Iftaari celebrations. The best part is that I stay with my family and I get to celebrate this month with them. We have a small get together at our home and this is what make Ifaari special to me. The most memorable Iftaari for me was during my show Bandini. All the people on the sets used to contribute for Iftaari and we used to get lots of food on the sets. Everybody used to be a part of it and we had a great time on the sets of the show.



Saraa Khan - My most memorable Iftaar party was with the singer Lucky Ali and the ace actor Rishi Kapoor, last year. During the Iftaar party Lucky Ali sang for us and mesmerized everyone with his melodious voice. To be honest, every year is brilliant.
