CBI Team Denied Access to Sushant-Rhea's Place Where They Stayed With Rhea's Family

With CBI having taken over the Sushant Singh Rajput case now, there have been several developments now and multiple people are being investigated in the case yet again. We already reported about how Rajput's cook and Pithani are being investigated, here's another update to look at.

A report in Republic states that the CBI team visited the resort where Sushant Singh Rajput had stayed with Rhea Chakraborty’s family. However, they were denied access.

The resort called Waterstone, located in Mumbai was reportedly the same place where Rajput along with Chakraborty's family had lived in the last year, allegedly for Rajput’s spiritual healing. Sources informed Republic that the CBI team was not allowed inside, after which they left. The ‘resort’ stay had been mentioned in the message that Rajput’s family had sent to Bandra DCP Paramjit Singh in February 2020, in which they had alerted danger to Rajput's life.

According to the report, the informal complaint sent via Whatsapp by Rajput's brother-in-law to the DCP read, “On the pretext of curing him of depression, she and family took him to a resort near the airport, and kept him there for months.”
