Catch the K3 Bash Full on action

This month, the Indian Television sets a new record, the second afternoon show to complete a thousand episodes. Kumkum, Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan, has successfully managed to be on top of the television fraternity, despite the odd time slot. Beating the prime time slots and winning hearts all across the globe, Kumkum has managed to even rule the TRP charts. Its no surprise that Kumkum did so well. With a cast and crew Kumkum has, its bound to win over even the toughest critic.

The IF team managed to get a sneak peak into the sets of Kumkum and the excitement is now top notch as we take a glimpse at the full swing preparations taking place behind the scenes.The adrenalin is now pumping high, isn't it? .

Well yes, the stage is now set for the Kumkum Dhamaka to unfold. The reporters in IF managed to get an insight on the appearance of the grand sets. The Stage is set -Yellow designer lights glowed against the majestic black backdrops, with elegant white sofas and stairs decorated with flowers and ribbons adding to the dazzling decorations of the set. We caught glimpses of great Dadi - Lajoji, who was dressed up elegantly in white but without the mandatory wig - looking much younger than the age she portrays in Kumkum. We also noticed younger dadi Veena, dressed up in a yellow saree reminding you of the summer and a million dollar smile, Ashkha was among the rest bubbling around with a punky pink salwar. Dressed in a sizzling saffron shirt with a white blazer was Sharman (Gaurav) and Hussain charming everyone around in a happening black suit.

We were pleasantly surprised to see a familiar face - draped in a beautiful black saree , it was none other than the vivacious Archana Puran Singh. The popular host of many shows Archana has joined the team to celebrate their 1000th episode, by playing the host for the day. So can we all raise a toast for our seasoned campaigner and host, Archana? What more, we could get a glimpse of one of the segments, where Archana talks to the two generations of Kumkum, the grandparents and the grand children.

The masti, the dhamaal, the pranks were full on. The Kumkum stars are simply full of it, having a Blast out there!
