Bigg Boss 16: Sumbul Touqeer impresses Salman Khan with her talent and humility

Bigg Boss 16 has officially begun!

The show has kept the fans curious and wanting for more. The speculated contestant list has been quite exciting and people are excited to catch the show and to know what’s in the store for them.

Until now, Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia, Abdu Rozik, Priyanka Choudhary, Ankit Gupta, MC Stan, Gautam Vig, Archana Gautam and Shaleen Bhanot have entered the show.

Next up to enter the house is the young and vivacious Sumbul Touqeer Khan of ‘Imlie’ fame. The actress performed on the ‘Chaka Chak’ song and appeared quite confident in her interaction with Salman Khan. Sumbul went ahead to show a glimpse of her energetic and spunky personality by mimicking Salman Khan. Salman was mighty impressed and stated that almost everyone who mimics him don’t do it as good as Sumbul has. 

The ‘Imlie’ actress further stated that she isn’t quite nervous about being a part of the show but is quite nervous about the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episodes as Salman often lash out at people. Furthermore, Sumbul revealed that it was her father’s decision that she should take up the show. She said, “My father wrote a poem to me and I kept reading it several time and all my doubts of taking up the show started to vanish and I would see my goal clearer”. Salman asked her to recite the poem by her father and she started saying the poem and to her surprise, her father entered on the stage. Sumbul was pleasantly surprised and hugged her father emotionally. After the interaction with his father, Salman stated that he has given Sumbul a very beautiful upbringing and he’s sure that Sumbul will do well in the show.
