Bidaai and Yeh Rishta to air seven days a week..

Star Plus' successful prime time shows produced by Director's Kut, Sapna Babul Ka.. Bidaai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will now be aired seven days a week, starting this weekend.

The promos of Bidaai and Yeh Rishta notifying this particular change are already on air.

According to our source, "Earlier, there were talks about extending Bidaai and Yeh Rishta to one hour slots from Monday to Friday. However, the channel and production house decided against the extension in time, as this would affect other shows Sabki Laadli Bebo and Perfect Bride which airs at 10 and 10.30 pm respectively. Instead the two shows of Rajan Shahi will now be aired on the weekends too".

"This change which will be put to effect from this weekend has been made to counter COLORS' Bigg Boss, which has opened with great TRP's", adds our source.

In addition to this, Star Plus has extended the time slot of BAG Films' Mitwa Phool Kamal Ke to one hour from this week, with the conclusion of Star Diwali Mela Dilon Ka which aired at 8 PM. Mitwa presently airs from 7.30 – 8.30 PM.

We tried calling Rajan Shahi and sent him a text message asking about the time frame till which this change will be in effect, but we did not get any revert.
