Star Plus' Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has been the talk of the town ever since the recent cast change. While Vaibhavi Hankare's replacement by Bhavika Sharma was brushed out to be 'pre planned,' the show, initially seeing changes in the ratings, saw no improvement last week.

Owing to the dipping TRPs of the show, there have been reports of the show being under the scanner by the channel. Reports suggested that since there is no improvement in the ratings of the show, it has been put under the scanner and may be axed anytime soon. To confirm the reports, India Forums got in touch with our reliable sources closely associated to the Bhavika-Param starrer. Speaking of the same, our source denied the said reports and said, ''Aisa kuch nahi hai, ye reports toh kab se aarahi hai, a lot of shows are under the scanner aise toh. For the uninformed, Bhavika Sharma along with Shakti Arora had been roped in to essay the female lead of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin after the first generation: Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma called it quits following a generation leap. However, Shakti Arora was eventually replaced by Hitesh Bharadwaj and the story then proceeded, only to the story to eventually take another leap. Along with Vaibhavi Hankare, Sanam Johar's character has also marked his exit from the show.

The current track of the show revolves around Savi and Neil trying to find out the culprit behind Rajat and Teju's murder.

India Forums had exclusively informed our readers about Vaibhavi's replacement and Bhavika being the one to replace her. Howwever, the former refused to accept it as replacement and stated that this was already planned in advance.
