Badi Malkin on Zee scrapped..

Earlier we had announced that Zee TV is coming up with a DJ's Creations show, Badi Malkin which will be based on a young girl marrying an elderly man and entering his household.

However, the recent development is that is the show has been scrapped because the concept is more or less similar to the Balaji Telefilms show on NDTV Imagine, Bandini.

According to our source from the production house, "Badi Malkin has been scrapped and will not happen now, as the story of a young girl marrying a middle-aged person is being shown already".

When we called Deeya to know about this, she said "I am out on a vacation.  Moreover I am so busy with Choti Bahu and Nanhi Pari that I have not thought about anything else".

In reply to our text message, Ajay Bhalwankar, Programming Head, Zee TV said, "The show is not scrapped".

Let's see whether we get to see the part two of Bandini on Zee!!
