Avni to get SHOT in Naamkarann!

The makers of Star Plus' Naamkarann are going all out on their drama quotient, for which they have also roped in actress Poonam Preet as the third angle in their lead Avni (Aditi Rathore) and Neil's (Zain Imam) budding romance.

And now, the show will take yet another major turn with Amol (Sushant Mohindru) plotting to kill Avni.

Amol, Dayavanti (Ragini Shah) and Gurumaa (Maninee De) have pledged to destroy Avni and Neil's lives and are leaving no stone unturned to make their lives miserable. Amol also tries to get Neil killed in a bomb blast during Janmashtami, but fails.

The trio also plans to get Avni kidnapped, but that plan also fails, post which Amol plans to get his sister killed.

Amol comes to Avni after the kidnapping bid fails and gets emotional. When Avni hugs Amol to pacify him, Amol signals a sharp shooter, whom he has hired to shoot Avni.

Will Amol's succeed this time, or will Neil save his lady love?
