Aryan Khan arrested in drugs case: Fresh updates, videos and photos

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan who was detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and was being questioned by the officers with regards to the drugs case has been arrested.

As per fresh reports coming in, Aryan has been sent to NCB custody till October 4, 2021 in the drugs case. Along with him Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha too have been sent to NCB custody till tomorrow.

Senior lawyer Majeed Memon has been quoted by ETimes revealing that Aryan's offence is bailable and that he can be bailed out.

As per reports, Aryan has been charged with sections 8C, 20B, 27, and 35 of the NDPS act.

Majeed Memon further revealed to ETimes about Aryan's possibilities of getting a bail and told them that he is an "alleged" member in the rave party and the quantity that he was allegedly holding with him or consuming at the time is very less and hence there is scope for him to be left out on bail. 

He has been quoted saying,

“The accused is alleged to be a member in the rave party from where some contraband was found in violation to provisions of NDPS Act. It appears that the quantity allegedly attributed to him for personal consumption is small quantity and not commercial quantity and therefore the offense will be bailable.”

We are acting in an impartial manner. In the process, if some connections to Bollywood or rich people emerge, so be it. We have to act within the purview of the law. We have to keep on working in Mumbai. If you look at the data, there must have been more than 300 raids in the last one year. This will continue whether foreign nationals are involved, film industry or rich people are involved.
