Arshad's comment on replacing Akshay in Aankhen 2!

Akshay Kumar has replaced Arshad Warsi in the sequel of hit film Jolly L.L.B. The latter made a statement that the makers wanted a bigger star for monetary gains! But it looks like the saying 'what goes comes around' is true as Arshad Warsi stepped into Akki's shoes for Aankhen 2, a sequel of 2002 hit film!

At the recent launch of Aankhen 2 Arshad was asked to comment on the same, he answered," "Bahut Purani planning hai. Humne bachpan main socha tha kya karenge. "  (sic)

But further he gave a serious answer,"It's a coincidence. It happens at times. Abhi isme koi kuch nahi hai. Hota hai aisa. Kabhi koi yeh role kar leta hai. So it's fine." (sic)

Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film has brought Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Rampal onboard from the original cast. Arshad Warsi and Anil Kapoor are  the new addition to the film.
