Actor Arjun Rampal, who shared a deep bond with renowned fashion designer Rohit Bal, took a break from his busy schedule to pay his respects at Rohit's funeral in Delhi.

On Saturday, Rohit was cremated at the Lodhi Road crematorium, surrounded by family and close friends. Arjun was seen attending the last rites alongside his girlfriend, Gabriella Demetriades, both appearing somber during the ceremony.

Prominent figures from the fashion industry, including Sunil Sethi, president of the Fashion Design Council of India, and designers JJ Valaya, Varun Bahl, and Rohit Gandhi, were also present to honor Rohit.

Before the cremation, Rohit’s mortal remains were placed at his residence in Defence Colony, where many notable personalities came to pay their final tributes.

Arjun and Rohit had a close friendship, with Arjun frequently walking in Rohit’s fashion shows. Notably, he was the showstopper for Rohit's Kashmir-inspired collection, Gulbagh, where he donned a striking black velvet bandhgala paired with matching jodhpuri breeches.

In several past interviews, Rohit affectionately referred to Arjun as his brother, while Arjun similarly called Rohit "Ratty," showcasing the warmth of their relationship.
