Arjun and girlfriend Gabriella are stuck with in Karjat with son Arik, decide to stay back for their son’s safety!

The nationwide battle has waged against the coronavirus pandemic and doctors are trying their best to overcome this horrifying situation. The government has officially decreed nationwide lockdown till May 3rd, 2020. Actor Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades are stuck in Karjat with their son Arik during the coronavirus lockdown. 

The duo was in Karjat when PM Modi announced the lockdown, thinking about the safety of their little munchkin, the duo decided to stay back. Talking to Mid-Day, Arjun revealed, "We decided to stay back for my son’s safety. While he is too young now, this will be a story to tell him when he grows older. Besides, Mumbai is just a few hours away, and hence, easily accessible in case of an emergency."

Meanwhile, the couple has been treating social media with several glimpses of the lockdown life.

The actor further revealed that since there are no positive cases there, they are secure and are enjoying being amidst nature. Arjun is also in touch with his daughter Mahikaa and Myra, who are staying with his ex-wife Mehr in Mumbai. Despite being away from the city, Arjun has been doing his bit for Covid-19 relief. The actor extended a helping hand by providing PPE kits to hospitals, doctors and nurses in this fight against Coronavirus.

For the unversed, young Arik is Arjun’s first child with girlfriend Gabriella. He was born in July last year and Arjun announced the name with an Instagram post.
