Star Plus show ‘Anupamaa’ has kept the fans entertained. Currently, the show focusses on a dramatic track wherein Shah’s favorite Paritosh has suffered a paralytic stroke. The family is devastated and trying to deal with the tragic situation. They’re holding each other against the tide of time. Anuj is trying be supporting towards Anupamaa while Rakhi is against Kinjal staying at Shah house and do nurse duties for Toshu when she has decided to part ways with him.

As shown in the precap, Maaya folds Anupama out of the picture that Choti Anu made. Anupama and the Shah's emotionally welcome Toshu home.

Furthermore, Toshu begs for Anupama after she leaves with Anuj - Maaya is triggered to see how Choti Anu prefers Anupamaa over her the moment she is back at Kapadiya mansion. Meanwhile Rakhi, Kinjal and Baa quarrel over Toshu after Rakhi sees Kinjal cleaning Toshu’s urine.

Maaya's jealously gets apparent. Toshu has a horrible fall while Samar goes to use the washroom, Vanraj panics while Anupama and Anuj have some peaceful time in the Kapadia house.

Maaya's edginess increases as she watches the three of them sleeping. Meanwhile the Shah house is in crisis over Toshu since Rakhi taunts everyone. Vanraj destroys Kavya's shoot and she is sacked.

Kavya has a meltdown before the family, Baa gets extremely triggered by this. Anuj is so happy Anupama is back when Baa shows up at their doorstep. Baa begs Anupama to go with them and has a magnificent breakdown. Maaya decides to cease the opportunity meanwhile, Anuj is upset with Anupama for agreeing to go with Baa.
