Anupamaa: Aryan, high on drugs, mutters 'Kya kamaal ka maal hai,' leaving Anupama completely baffled

The current track of Anupamaa, starring Rupali Ganguly, is packed with emotional twists as Aryan and Mahi's wedding takes centre stage. After secretly getting married in a temple, the couple finally gains their families' support for a simple traditional ceremony.

However, trouble brews as Aryan's health begins to deteriorate. Unknown to most, Aryan is battling a past drug addiction. Though he promised Mahi he'd quit, his struggle isn't over. On the wedding day, a friend tempts him with drugs and mocks him for letting Mahi "control" him. Aryan is visibly shaken but refuses to give in.

Meanwhile, Anupama senses something is off. She catches Aryan trying to leave and stops him for a quick word. As she holds his hand, the drug packet falls unnoticed, but Raghav spots it, hinting at more drama ahead.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, the wedding festivities continue as everyone gears up for Mahi's Bidaai ceremony. Amidst the celebrations, Aryan starts feeling intense stomach pain. As Anupama announces the beginning of Mahi's Chaape Rasam, Aryan, unable to bear the discomfort, excuses himself from the crowd, saying he needs to use the washroom. He rushes into a room, shuts the door behind him, and begins struggling with the symptoms of addiction withdrawal.

Meanwhile, Anupama recalls Leela's earlier instruction to give something to Mahi before the ritual. She heads inside the house to fetch it. After collecting the item, she suddenly remembers that she forgot the sindhoordhani and walks toward her room, unaware that Aryan is inside, consuming drugs. Upon entering, Anupama is shocked to find Aryan lying on the floor, clearly under the influence. Deeply concerned, she rushes to wake him up. As she moves closer, she notices a packet of drugs on the floor. Aryan, in his intoxicated state, mutters, "Kya kamal ka maal hai," leaving Anupama completely shocked.
