Anupamaa: Aryan dies of drug overdose; not just the Kotharis, but Prem, Rahi, and Mahi also disown Anupama

Tonight's Anupamaa episode begins with Mahi anxiously waiting for Aryan's arrival, her eyes constantly searching for him. Meanwhile, Moti Baa grows concerned over Aryan's delay. Rahi casually assumes that Aryan and Prem must be caught up in a conversation. Moti Baa remarks that by the time Aryan shows up, breakfast will likely be finished. Despite the tension, Rahi urges everyone to proceed with their meal, assuring them that they will eat once Aryan arrives. Mahi, however, can't hide her uneasiness.

Elsewhere, Prem informs Parag that Aryan doesn't have a pulse. Parag, along with Anil and the others, initially thinks they are being pranked by Aryan and Prem. But Prem tries to make them understand the gravity of the situation, insisting that Aryan has lost consciousness.

At the same time, Anupama struggles to find an auto. Raghav notices her plight and lends a helping hand. Back at the Kothari mansion, panic takes over as everyone realises Aryan's condition is critical. A distressed Mahi calls out for Prem, and soon, he arrives with Parag and Anil to find Aryan fighting for his life. Rahi attempts to comfort a frantic Mahi and Khyati, but Mahi refuses to believe anything could happen to Aryan.

As Anupama considers calling Aryan to let him know she's on her way, she holds back. Raghav reassures her that they'll reach the Kotharis soon.

At the hospital, the doctor tries everything to revive Aryan, but unfortunately, he fails. The devastating news comes Aryan has passed away due to a cardiac arrest triggered by a drug overdose. Parag pleads with the doctor to do something, but it's too late; Aryan doesn't make it to the hospital alive.

Back at the mansion, the Kotharis are shattered. Anupama arrives and sees the family engulfed in grief. Mahi, unable to accept the reality, asks Anupama if Aryan is okay. Rahi painfully breaks the news of Aryan's death. A stunned Anupama stands frozen. When Prem and Parag return, the family demands answers. Prem informs them of Aryan's death due to a drug overdose. Shock ripples through the house. Mahi loses consciousness, and Anupama desperately tries to wake her up. Rahi coldly states that even if Mahi regains consciousness, it won't change the bitter truth.

Khyati pleads with Prem to take her to Aryan, but he informs her that Anil is bringing the body. Parag, devastated, breaks down, crying that Aryan was not just a body, he was his son. The entire family is overcome with grief.

Elsewhere, the Shah family, unaware of the tragedy, prepares to attend Mahi and Aryan's reception. Their joy is short-lived as they learn about Aryan's untimely death. Rahi wonders how no one noticed Aryan's drug habits. Prem laments that had Aryan confided in them, they would've helped him.

Anupama then reveals that Aryan intended to come clean about his addiction. Gautam questions how she knows. Anupama confesses that she saw Aryan with the drugs. Her admission sparks outrage. Moti Baa, Rahi, and Prem confront her, asking why she stayed silent. Anupama explains that Aryan was preparing to tell the family himself. But her explanation falls on deaf ears.

Khyati lashes out, accusing Anupama of withholding crucial information. The Kotharis collectively blame her for Aryan's death. Gautam criticises her further, accusing her of only making matters worse. Anupama tries to defend herself, stating that she never imagined Aryan would lose his life. But Khyati pushes her away, branding her a murderer.

Mahi, heartbroken, recalls Aryan's promise to leave drugs for her. She holds Anupama responsible, accusing her of letting Aryan die. She breaks down, blaming Anupama for taking Aryan away from her. In her pain, she pleads with Anupama to declare her a widow and burn her alive.

Khyati demands that Prem distance himself from Anupama and sever all ties with the Shah family. She even pressures Rahi to cut off her bond with Anupama or leave the mansion. Under emotional turmoil, Rahi declares her hatred for Anupama and ends their relationship. Prem follows suit, holding Anupama accountable. Moti Baa calls Anupama unlucky and expels the Shahs from the house. Anupama is left devastated, abandoned by those she once cared for.
