Anupamaa: Anupama wears her ghungroos again, Rahi drops contemporary for classical

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Pari informs Rahi that they don't have much time left before the big moment. She mentions that the auditions will take place in Ahmedabad, which she feels could work to their advantage. As doubts creep in, Pari asks Rahi if they truly stand a chance at winning. Rahi assures her that Parag and Prem are rooting for them, and they cannot afford to back down now.

Rahi is determined to prove herself and shares that this competition is more than just a performance for her, it's a step towards establishing her individual identity, away from Anupama's influence. She admits she's had enough of constantly being compared and now wants to carve her own space. While Pari tries to remind her that mothers are pillars of support, Rahi's frustration with Anupama still simmers.

Elsewhere, Manohar is busy guiding Anupama's dance team as their mentor. Rahi is also seen practising on the side. Suddenly, during the session, Manohar twists his ankle. The injury turns out to be serious enough that he is advised to rest for two to three weeks, leaving the team shaken.

Sarita remarks that they have very little time, and Jaspreet feels her hopes are crushed. Rita reflects on how every time they try to move forward, life throws them back. The women are demoralised. While Sarita suggests trying again next year, Rita questions whether her personal circumstances will improve by then. Jaspreet adds that anything can change in a moment, so waiting a whole year doesn't make sense.

Seeing everyone's spirits dampen, Manohar urges Anupama not to let their morale crumble. He tells her that Bharti had mentioned her talent and nudges her to step up and lead. Though hesitant at first, Anupama is visibly taken aback when he insists she put on the ghungroos. The request leaves her stunned.

Meanwhile, Prem approaches Rahi and asks how her rehearsals are progressing. She tells him she is practising contemporary dance but wants to incorporate fusion in her act. Prem, however, advises her to go with classical since she excels at it. Rahi is caught off guard by his suggestion. Soon after, he also encourages her to put on the ghungroos, nudging her to embrace her roots.

Anupama struggles with her emotions as everyone waits for her response. Manohar reminds her that if the women lose hope now, they might never dare to dream again. When Preet inquires whether Anupama is a dancer, Bharti shares her backstory with the others. Sarita and the rest join in requesting her to take the lead and help them prepare.

Eventually, Preet's heartfelt plea pushes Anupama to make her decision. She agrees to step forward and dance, which brings joy to the entire group.

On the other side, Prem recognises that Rahi has been avoiding classical dance due to her strained relationship with Anupama. He encourages her to not let that influence her choices. Inspired by his words, Rahi too agrees to wear the ghungroos, and both Anupama and Rahi gear up to train seriously for their upcoming performance.

Parallel to the dance drama, Toshu stumbles upon the idea that vintage items can fetch good prices in the market. Eyeing Leela's old furniture and traditional swing, he begins to plan on selling them off to raise capital for his business venture. As Anupama and Rahi immerse themselves in their dance training, tension brews ahead of the auditions.

The receptionist warns Anupama that even if one member of the group backs out, the team will face disqualification.
