Anupamaa actor Ishita Dixit aka Pari on being part of the show

Ishita Dixit, who is currently seen as Pari in Deepa Shahi and Rajan Shahi’s Anupama, which is produced under their banner Shahi Productions Pvt. Ltd., shares a good rapport with her co-actors and revealed that they have become her good friends.

She said, “Just like my real-life family, my co-actors have also become my real-life hangout buddies. Shivan and I are always together on set, and Mahi, Ansh, and Prathana—the cousins in the show—look for opportunities to have fun. Now, it has become like if someone is done with their shot, they'll automatically come to find the rest of us.”

“I am not sure about romantic love, but I am very sure about the love I feel towards this group of people that work has brought into my life. We all come from different backgrounds and have different personalities and interests, but we still have such a comfortable bond,” she added.

She also called the set of her show her second home and mentioned that she has more of her belongings on the set than in her actual home.

If you ever visit my room on set, which I share with my friend and co-actor, Spreha, you’ll find bits and pieces of my personality all over—from the posters on my mirror to the snacks in the fridge,” she said.

“I’ve made sure it feels like home because, early in the morning, I have a routine of having my coffee and starting my day, many times for early shoots. I start that routine there while getting my makeup done. My set room has more of my belongings than my flat itself,” Ishita concluded.
