Ankita says she will work with ex-BF Sushant only on THIS condition

Television actress Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput, who starred together in popular daily soap Pavitra Rishta, were dating each for almost seven years before calling it quits three years ago. Now as Ankita is all set to make her big Bollywood debut with Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, Sushant decided to let bygones be bygones. So much so that he heaped praises on Ankita recently and even called her a brilliant actress. Not to forget, Sushant had also commented on her look of Jhalkari Bai in the upcoming period drama.

Now interestingly, Ankita has also proved that she has buried the hatchet as well during a recent interview with The Times Of India. When she was asked if she would ever share screen space with Sushant, given the fact that she is now entering Bollywood. To this, the Ankita replied, "As an actor, I have no choice. If the script is good I will definitely work with him."

Well, we certainly love how the two are dealing with their past in the most mature way and who wouldn't want to see them on the silver screen. Right?

Meanwhile, talking about her character in Manikarnika, the beautiful actress added, "It was very challenging for me to play a character like this. We trained with Nick Powell (action director) for 40 days. He taught us sword-fighting and horse-riding. It was mentally and physically exhausting."

Work wise, Sushant was last seen in Kedarnath featuring Sara Ali Khan. He will feature next in several films including Sonchiriya, Drive and Kizie Aur Manny.
