Superstar Amitabh Bachchan known for his dedication towards his work has raised a notch higher.

Today, the megastar took local trains to commute. While on his way he was seen interacting with the passengers. He also sang few songs with the youngsters who were travelling with their musical instruments. Later on he also clicked some selfies with his co-passengers.

As per our source, Big B took local transportation to promote his upcoming television show 'Hero Ka Safar' and it was a part of the show that was to be shot in the local.

Some times we need to understand famous people's point of view. Very famous people should not travel via public transport, not because they have lots of money, but there is risk factor as well. They are famous and VIP, so they need to stay careful, in developing countries. In west it is OK, still celebrity always keep a distance with public , for security issues, not because they have lots of money. It would be privilege for me, if I would be traveling with Big B in that local train :) Love you Big B !

Good publicity stunt. Good marketing, PR, personal brand building and all of that! Am sure he will write a blog post detailing out his feelings at his new and unique experience versus his usual routine experience of traveling in his private jet. Nothing wrong in it except that this is so obviously a PR exercise.

On another note, reminds me of a Nita Ambani interview in which she had said that she keeps her kids grounded by having them travel in a bus once a year...ROFL!!
