Amitabh Bachchan thanks fans for their wishes; says, "hope to be back on the ramp soon"

Amitabh Bachchan is one of the greatest actors who enjoys a fan following consisting of all generations. The actor posted an update on his health on his blog on Sunday after he got injured on the sets of 'Project K'. He added that he had a "blister under the callus" in his writing. The rib persists in its painful journey, while another flares out at the toe and catches more attention than the rib, so the rib fades away, and the focus shifts to the toe.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan has penned a statement thanking his followers for wishing him a recovery and also hoped that he will be 'back on the ramp soon'. Amitabh also asked his followers to tweet or shared a specific photo of him on WhatsApp. Amitabh posted a picture of himself heading down a show's runway on Instagram early on Monday.

Amitabh was dressed in black and white in the image. He smiled and chose to wear dark glasses as well. His caption read, ""… thank you for all the prayers and wishes for my recovery... I repair... hope to be back on the ramp soon (folded hands and rose emojis)."

Earlier, Amitabh took to his blog to share the same picture and wrote, "A request.. does anyone have a picture of me wearing this (pointing backhand index finger emoji) dress and walking the ramp... with dark glasses .. please send it to my WhatsApp… or put it up on Twitter… Gratitude..."

He has been regularly updating fans about his health through his blog. Meanwhile, the film 'Project K' featuring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan will release in theatres on 12th January 2024.
