Amitabh Bachchan takes COVID Vaccine, says all family except Abhishek tested negative & vaccinated

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan has finally taken the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination, and took to his blog to share the same with his followers.

He shared that the entire family except son Abhishek Bachchan took the COVID tests and tested negative, after which they all took the jab. Jr. Bachchan is currently shooting and will take the dose in a few days.

“DONE .. vaccination done .. all well .. did Covid test for family and staff yesterday .. results came today .. all good , all negative .. so done the vaccine .. all family done except Abhishek .. he be on location and shall do it on return soon in a few days”, Big B wrote.

He also shared a black and white picture where a health worker can be seen giving Bachchan the vaccine dose.

Last year in July, the Bachchan family including Big B, Abhishek, Aishwarya Rai and daughter Aaradhya had tested positive for Coronavirus.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the release of Amitabh Bachchan’s upcoming him ‘Chehre’ with Emraan Hashmi has been postponed due to rising Covid cases in the nation.

He will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ also starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. It also features Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia and Mouni Roy in key roles.
