Amandeep Sidhu injures herself while shooting for a key scene of Chashni, shoot halts

As unfortunate as it is, injuries and mishaps are unforeseeable. On the sets of a TV show, with so much happening around, there are a few unfortunate days when an actor may get injured, thus leaving all their fans worried.

Well, one such unfortunate incident took place today on the sets of Star Plus' show Chashni where the lead actress of the show was severely injured. Amandeep Sidhu was shooting for an upcoming key scene in the show, wherein it will be shown how her character Chandni will be kidnapped by a few goons. While shooting for this scene, as Amandeep was being pushed into the van, the actress' head was seriously injured, and the shoot had to be put on halt for some time. While the actress was in a lot of pain, the entire production unit was seen taking care of her. 

Chashni is the story of two sisters, Chandni and Roshni, who, in an unfortunate twist of events, turn entirely against each other. The show sees Amandeep Sidhu, Shrishti and Sai Ketan Rao in lead roles in the show.
