ALT Balaji Series Haq Se to get a sequel; Article 370 to be included

ALT Balaji’s popular web series Haq Se featuring Rajeev Khandelwal, Surveen Chawla, and Parul Gulati will now return for season 2. The first season of the series was based on four sisters who dream big and in their pursuit of happiness and ambitions, a lot happens. The story is set against the unrest of Kashmir. The series was appreciated by both audience and critics and it’s sequel was eagerly awaited by everyone. 

Well, the series is coming back soon. In a recent media interaction, Ekta Kapoor was asked about Haq Se season 2 storyline and she revealed that though the series has already been written and will again deal with different issues in Kashmir, Article 370 will also be included in the narrative. 

For the uninitiated, Home Minister Amit Shah announced a big step of revoking two key constitutional provisions Article 370 and 35(A), that gives the state of Jammu & Kashmir a host of special rights. However, this historic move will undeniably have to see the face of protests. The repeal of article 370 and 35A also means that Jammu and Kashmir will now be a Union Territory, which will surrender most of its power to the state.
