Alok Narula talks on his new show

Alok Narula aka Uday of Jyoti entered Sukh by Chance as Sushil when asked him about the character he says "My character's name is Sushil. He belongs to a very rich family. Tina's family comes to my place for her marriage proposal. They find me suitable for Tina. Basically, I don't know much about my character right now, I can only say that my character is very understanding and positive… as of now. If it's a cameo, I have no clue."

According to our source "Mehta family got 3 crore rupees from an unknown person. Some how they are forced to spend that money. Many situations are created through which the family, (though unwilling to touch the money due to their ethics), is tempted to spend the 3 crore rupees. Tina's marriage is one situation where the money can be spent but that's the twist, Tina will tell Sushil not to marry her but Sushil gets so impressed by her that he agrees to get married."

Alok is playing a similar character as Uday in Jyoti. When asked him why he is playing two very similar roles, he says,"There is lot of difference between Uday and Sushil. Uday is a person who looks after all the business, his parents, blind brother, bhabhi and wife. But Sushil is all alone. Uday gets married against his parents wish but Sushil is doing arranged marriage."
