All the mothers are happy about Pakhi finally being slapped by Anupamaa: Muskan Bamne

Tracks in Star Plus show ‘Anupamaa’ becomes a topic of discussion among many. And one such track was Anupamaa giving a tight slap to Pakhi. Pakhi is a spoilt brat and she gets away with her rude behavior everytime. Even when she eloped and got married to Adhik, nobody gave a tight slap to her. But in a recent turn of events, Pakhi received the most awaited slap and ever since the promo of this track was out, viewers were eager to know about what made Anupamaa finally slap her daughter.

India Forums got in touch with Muskan who plays the character of Pakhi in the show and asked her about her reaction on learning about the track. She said, “Well, when I read the script and learned that Pakhi will be slapped, I was quite excited and curious to know about the reason as well. I believe she really deserved that slap. Everyone was curious to know the reason behind the slap. All the mothers were happy that finally Pakhi gets slapped and gets the taste of her own medicine. I’ve been receiving many comments regarding the track. Pakhi went really overboard with everything that she said. I was shocked and appalled at what she says to her mother. I had to muster courage to mouth those mean dialogues but at the end of the day, I convinced myself to do my part convincingly and deliver what is expected out of the character”.

In the past, Toshu bhai has received a few slaps for his deeds but Pakhi didn’t and every time viewers used to be like Pakhi should’ve gotten few slaps for her mistakes and only then would she learn the lesson. When I read about the slap sequence, I was happy that the viewers will get what they’ve been waiting for since a long time.

She added, “Pakhi disrespected her own grandmother and maternal uncle. I mean, how can she be so mean? It was a difficult scene to portray as I am nowhere even close to what Pakhi is. Having said that, it was a fun scene to perform. In the past, Toshu bhai has received a few slaps for his deeds but Pakhi didn’t and every time viewers used to be like Pakhi should’ve gotten few slaps for her mistakes and only then would she learn the lesson. When I read about the slap sequence, I was happy that the viewers will get what they’ve been waiting for since a long time.”

Muskan performed the scene brilliantly and we hope she gets appreciated for her act.
