The much awaited dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa is all set to excite its viewers with known celebrities who are going to set the dance floor on fire with their awesome performances. Their performances are going to be judged by a panel of three judges - Dancing diva Madhuri Dixit, Filmmaker Karan Johar and Choreographer turned director Remo Dsouza.

Being a filmmaker, how difficult is going to be for Karan to judge the dancing stars at Jhalak. Tellybuzz tries to find out the answer of these questions in a conversation with Karan Johar.

What are the things you are going to look for in a dancing star, while judging ?

Basically there are three things, which I am going to look for in a contestant is his/her enthusiasm, energy and presentation. These three are the ingredients that can boost a contestant's performance.

Who among the dancing stars of the show, do you think has the best potential?

All the 12 contestants have the best dancing potential. I cannot take sides. As a judge, I have to be free of biases. They all are working hard to give their best performance on stage and they are doing so.

Who is the best dancer according to you in Bollywood?

Madhuri Dixit is the best of all. She did her best job in song 'Ek do teen' from the movie Tezaab. Apart from her I love watching Kajol's dance.

Item numbers are trending these days. What's your take on this?

Adding an item number in a movie is a trend which is being followed by most of the filmmakers of the industry. I feel to have an item song, you must also be have an item movie.

So, would you like to make an item movie?

Yeah definitely! I would love to make an item movie. (smiles)

With the growing popularity of tv, are you planning to make any project for tv?

No, I haven't planned for any such projects for tv yet. I am a filmmaker and for now, I would like to focus on that only.

When can viewers get to see you making other stars get candid in Koffee With Karan?

Yes, Koffee With Karan is expected to be back in April.
