Sources have it that popular actress Tunisha Sharma the lead actress of Sony SAB show 'Alibaba: Daastan-E- Kabul' hanged herself on the sets of her show.
The actress committed suicide and the reason behind the drastic step is still unknown.
According to highly placed sources, the incident happened on the sets of her show. She was reportedly taken to the hospital. Sources added that the incident happened inside Mohammed Sheezan's (Alibaba) room. An eye witness stated that she hanged herself in Sheezan's make-up room.
Tunisha had shared a behind the scene video around five hours ago on social media. The actress played the character of Mariam in the show.
Tunisha is known for her performances in shows like Internet Wala Love, Ishq Subhan Allah among others.

This is so shocking and heartbreaking. She was beautiful, young and talented. I knew her since Fitoor movie, watched her dramas internet wala love, ishq subhanallah. Gone too soon. May she rest in peace. Not sure what she was going through, but I sincerely hope it wasn't over a guy. Noone is worth ending your life for.

Utter tragedy. I remember her from Ashoka and Ranjit Singh serials and she was so talented. It’s important to be sensitive to her family, friends and Co stars who will be devastated. Having said that production houses and channels have a responsibility for the wellbeing and mental health of their employees. Something has gone very wrong here. These industries need to be better regulated so that further tragedies can be prevented.
