Alia Bhatt pens heartfelt poem for sister Shaheen's birthday; Pooja Bhatt joins the celebration

Celebrations were in full swing as Shaheen Bhatt, the talented elder sister of Bollywood star Alia Bhatt, marked her 35th birthday today. In a heartwarming display of sibling affection, both Alia and their elder sister Pooja Bhatt took to social media to express their love and warm wishes for Shaheen on this special day. 

Alia Bhatt, known for her creativity and expressive nature, chose a unique way to wish her dear sister. Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared a series of adorable pictures capturing the essence of their strong sisterly bond. Accompanying the images was a touching poem penned by Alia, reflecting the depth of their relationship. 

Alia's poetic words conveyed, “you are joy .. you are light. may we every now and then have a fight. you are sunshine, you are breeze, please please always, take care of your knees, I am not a writer.. I am not a poet.. I’m just your loving sister and I’m sure you know it, happy birthday my sweetie.”

In addition to Alia's heartfelt message, Pooja Bhatt also took to social media to extend her warm wishes to Shaheen. Sharing a series of pictures, Pooja referred to Shaheen as the "Wonder Woman" in their lives. She wrote, “To Shaheen- the Wonder Woman in all our lives.. I quote from Wonder Woman- "isters in battle, I am shield and blade to you. As I breathe, your enemies will know no sanctuary. While I live, your cause is mine. Love you wise one! Have the happiest birthday EVER!" 

While the birthday celebrations unfolded, Alia Bhatt is currently engrossed in the shooting of her upcoming movie, "Jigra," directed by Vasan Bala. Not only shining on the screen, but Alia is also serving as a co-producer for the film through her production company, Eternal Sunshine Productions, showcasing her multifaceted talents in the film industry.
