Alia Bhatt recently shared that she has ADHD, a condition she discovered not too long ago. She opened up about this in a recent interview. Alia revealed that she used to zone out during school lectures and even in conversations. Her latest release, Jigra, is making headlines, but amidst the film's buzz, Alia discussed how ADHD has impacted her life.

In the interview, Alia talked about how her diagnosis made sense of her behavior from school days. She mentioned that she would often lose focus during classes and discussions. It’s only now that she understands why this happened.

Alia further shared that she feels most focused when she’s on a film set or spending time with her daughter, Raha. She explained, "I used to zone out," but added that these two activities bring her peace and help her stay grounded.

Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala, features Alia in the role of Satya, a determined young woman who goes to great lengths to free her brother from jail. The movie also stars Vedang Raina in a key role.

After Jigra, Alia will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War. She will share the screen with her husband Ranbir Kapoor and actor Vicky Kaushal. Besides that, Alia is also working on a project titled Alpha, co-starring Sharvari.

Alia’s candid revelation about ADHD has inspired many, showing that even stars face personal struggles.
